Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking an Admissions Director for a nursing center role in West Virginia. You will manage the full admissions process, nurture referral relationships, and drive census and payer goals while maintaining the facility’s positive community presence.

You will oversee brand stewardship, improve transitions of care, and collaborate across teams to ensure patient- and family-centered communication. A minimum of three years in healthcare is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the admissions process with timely follow-ups and strive for census and payer goals.
• Build relationships with referral sources to grow market share and coordinate regular engagement.
• Maintain the nursing center’s online presence, request customer reviews, and aim for a Google rating above 4.0 with improvements.
• Lead efforts to improve interdisciplinary collaboration and smooth transition-of-care communications.
• Target a 50%+ conversion from referral to admit and pursue 10% quarterly improvements in referrals and tour-to-admit ratios.
