Atrium Centers The Timbers of Cass County is seeking an Admissions Director to lead admissions efforts and deliver high-quality, resident-centered care. The role includes tours, assessments, and follow-up with prospective residents and families.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 1–3 years in sales/marketing or admissions, plus strong communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales, marketing, or admissions experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide facility information via tours, personal visits/assessments, conversations, and follow-up.
• Assist with Social Services for the center.
• Contact hospitals and other community organizations.
• Manage referral customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Provides customers with facility-related information via facility tours, personal visits/assessments, conversations, and follow-up

• Assist with Social Services for center

• Contacting and meeting with hospitals and other community organizations

• Managing referral customer relationships

What You Bring

• Bachelors Degree, preferred

• 1 to 3 years of sales and marketing or admissions, preferred

• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

• Positive Can-Do Attitude
