Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Michigan to oversee maintenance operations and ensure safe, comfortable environments for residents and staff. You will lead a small team, coordinate with vendors, and manage budgets to keep facilities compliant and well-maintained.

This role requires responsiveness to emergencies, adherence to state regulations, and a collaborative approach that supports a compassionate caregiving mission.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in healthcare or long-term care settings.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and team-oriented.
• Excellent attendance.
