You bring healthcare maintenance experience, ability to respond to emergencies, knowledge of state rules, and strong organizational skills. Atrium offers comprehensive benefits and an ESOP culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long-term care setting (preferred).
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
• Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and service.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the facility's daily maintenance operations and team members.
• Ensure equipment, utilities, and building systems remain in safe, working order.
• Maintain facility grounds to provide a clean, secure, and welcoming environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs.
• Manage supplies, maintenance schedules, and departmental budgets.
• Maintain required records and documentation for compliance and inspections.
• Support regulatory readiness and ensure adherence to state and safety standards.
• Participate in emergency response and on-call rotation as needed.
