Job summary

Atrium Centers is hiring a Social Services Director to support residents and families in a 100% employee-owned, mission-driven setting. You will lead social service programs, address psychosocial needs, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring LSW licensure or willingness to obtain, plus experience in healthcare social work, with strong communication and professionalism. This is a on-site opportunity at a Wisconsin facility.

What You Bring
