Job summary

Idaho State University in Pocatello, on-campus, is seeking a Program Information Coordinator for Admissions to manage automated records systems and serve as a resident expert for a technical program. The role interfaces with Recruit CRM and Banner, ensuring data integrity and standardized processes.

The Associate Director of Admissions supervises this position. Remote work is not eligible. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time; applicants must have valid U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Experience with manual and automated record management systems.
• Experience using a PC for data management and statistics.
• Ability to interpret laws, rules, and procedures.
• Experience performing liaison activities in a work setting.

Responsibilities

• Audit data using edit reporting tools and dashboards.
• Create and maintain dashboards for Admissions staff.
• Troubleshoot data issues in Recruit CRM and Banner.
• Assist with development and implementation of data-system policies.
• Maintain the Undergraduate Admissions Business Process manual and training materials.
• Collaborate to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
