Laurel Lakes Rehab and Wellness Center is hiring an experienced Admissions Assistant/Customer Services Assistant for an on-site casual role at our Chambersburg location. Responsibilities include converting referrals to admissions, managing paperwork, and coordinating with departments to ensure smooth resident intake.

We seek compassionate individuals with health-care experience, good computer skills, and a patient, cheerful demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA/BA in health-related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in a health care facility.
• Working knowledge of referral management systems preferred.
• Be knowledgeable in computers, data input, retrieval and output functions.

Responsibilities

• Timely conversion of referrals to admissions and facilitation of the admission process.
• Obtain required information and admit residents efficiently per policies.
• Completes weekly activity and progress reports reflecting budget.
• Manage admissions paperwork and ensure accurate completion.
