Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience providing customer service and advising or counseling students.
• Experience delivering presentations to varied audiences.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, deadlines, and travel commitments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer databases/CRMs; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students, applicants, admitted students, and families throughout the college-selection, admission, and enrollment process.
• Respond to questions via phone, email, virtual engagement, and in-person meetings; provide individualized guidance; connect students and families with university resources.
• Use territory data and priorities to plan, implement, and evaluate recruitment activities.
• Represent the university at high school, community college, and other recruitment programs and events.
• Travel frequently within the assigned territory to support recruitment efforts.
• Maintain timely and accurate records of student interactions and outcomes in Slate.
