Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; customer service experience an asset.
• Experience delivering presentations to varied audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and travel commitments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet university driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students, applicants, admitted students, and families throughout the college-selection, admission, and enrollment process.
• Use territory data and engagement indicators to plan and evaluate recruitment activities; travel within territory.
• Present clear information about undergraduate programs, opportunities, and pathways; tailor outreach to audiences.
• Build relationships with high schools, colleges, partners; communicate feedback to the Senior Program Coordinator.
• Promote awareness of admission pathways and support pathway outreach and transition activities.
• Maintain records of student interactions in Slate; review applications and participate in scholarship processes.
• Perform other related functions as assigned.
