Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service-oriented roles.

• Territory Management: Strategically manage an assigned recruitment territory to meet and exceed enrollment targets for first year students.
• Prospective Student Engagement: See each prospective student for who they are, assessing their skills and interests to guide them through the enrollment process with personalized, human-centered support.
• Effective Communication: Share why an NWU education matters, connecting prospective students to the community, opportunities, and support that make us who we are, during campus visits and through various communication channels.
• Project Management: Balance high-level strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail in managing projects and university initiatives.
• Customer Service Excellence: Monitor student satisfaction and anticipate future needs while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborative Goal Achievement: Work both independently and collaboratively within a team to set and achieve ambitious enrollment goals.
