Job summary

Everglades University in Boca Raton is seeking a full-time Admissions Counselor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process, maintaining knowledge of programs and admissions policies.

You will conduct interviews, provide campus tours, follow up on inquiries by phone or email, and collaborate with the admissions team to develop outreach strategies, using Campus Nexus to log notes.

This role requires day, evening, and weekend availability to support diverse student populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in outside student recruitment activities.

• Utilize professional communication to enroll and maintain future students.
• Follow-up with student inquiries either on campus, by phone or through electronic resources.
• Help students through the enrollment process and ensure that they have met all admissions requirements.
• Use Campus Nexus to follow-up on student inquiries and input notes as needed.
