Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified students for programs under supervision.
• Utilize only company-approved materials during calls and interviews.
• Conduct outbound and inbound calling to prospective students.
• Follow up with inquiries not scheduling appointments or missing interviews.
• Interview and tour prospects to assess needs and goals.
• Provide information on programs, requirements, and admissions steps.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process and financial aid scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with regulations by enrolling qualified students.
• Follow up with non-progressing or canceled students to resolve issues.
• Achieve productivity goals and generate referrals.
• Complete daily activity reports and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
