Job summary

The Chicago School of Professional Psychology seeks an Admissions Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support the admissions department in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first contact for students, visitors, staff, and faculty, assisting multiple departments.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, documenting leads in Salesforce, managing documents in Perceptive Content, and coordinating admissions materials.

Qualifications

• One to two years of customer service-related work experience required.
• Two to three years administrative assistant experience.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting, directing, and maintaining relationships with students, visitors, staff, and faculty.
• Fielding incoming calls and documenting recruitment leads in Salesforce.
• Scanning, printing, and linking student documents in Perceptive Content.
• Preparing admissions folders and marketing materials for prospective students.
• Creating reports in Salesforce.
