Job summary

The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Chicago campus, seeks a Senior Admissions Representative for Medical Education to recruit and review candidates for Illinois COM. You will work with the SDOA and ADA, manage applications, engage prospects, and support retention to ensure matriculation.

Evenings/weekends required with occasional domestic travel. You will collaborate with advisors nationwide, maintain FERPA-compliant records, and mentor Admissions Coordinators while representing the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years in admissions or student services.
• Strong public speaking and interviewing skills for engaging with applicants and faculty.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and drive results.
• Proactive, self-driven with initiative.
• Experience with CRM or applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate candidate applications through the centralized system, ensuring alignment with the program's mission and values.
• Respond to new student inquiries quickly and maintain consistent communication with assigned prospective students.
• Serve as a professional representative through telephone, virtual, and in-person consultations.
• Manage AACOMAS and Salesforce database with accurate documentation and follow-ups.
• Promote the university's mission by attending recruitment events and school presentations.
• Establish relationships with pre-professional advisors across the United States.
• Maintain organized, confidential student information in FERPA-compliant ways.
• Act as a mentor to Admissions Coordinators and perform other duties as assigned.
