Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a part-time Admissions Coordinator for inpatient rehab. The role is roughly 20-25 hours per week, daytime, with a $22–$31.46 hourly pay range.

You will manage referral intake per admission workflow, provide analytic insights on admissions data, and coordinate with other departments to support efficient patient access and hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Prior experience in a health related field or insurance environment
• Direct experience in third party reimbursement and knowledge of how benefits under the Medicare program are applied in the inpatient setting
• Experience working with Excel and databases
• Knowledge of Medical terminology and Medical Insurance Benefits

We currently have an opening for a part time Admissions Coordinator at our Fort Worth hospital.

The Admissions Coordinator facilitates a timely, accurate and otherwise effective referral intake as outlined in the admission workflow process. The Admissions Coordinator provides analytical insight into the admissions data and referral patterns for effective and sustained business development.
