Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field; master's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in behavioral health or social services with children/youth.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Medicaid insurance coverage and prior authorization processes.
• Proficiency with computers and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and admission process for programs requiring prior authorization.
• Enter referrals into the EHR and complete initial screening forms.
• Process admission/pre-certification requests with insurance providers.
• Develop community relations and partnerships to promote the organization.
