OPCO Skilled Management is seeking an Admissions Coordinator for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Garland, TX. You will welcome new residents and guide families through the admissions process, while marketing services to hospitals and referral sources.

In this full-time administrative role, you will coordinate admissions, verify insurance details, and work with the Business Office to ensure smooth transitions for residents and families in the Waco/McGregor area and surrounding communities.

• Experience in healthcare admissions, long-term care, or a related field.
• Knowledge of insurance coverage and authorization processes for long-term care.
• Strong communication, marketing, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to navigate electronic medical records and referral tracking systems.
