Mainstay Senior Living in the United States is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to join our leadership team. The role focuses on building relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources, while guiding the admissions process from inquiry to resident arrival.

The ideal candidate will drive census growth, coordinate with clinical and administrative teams, conduct facility tours, and develop marketing strategies to promote services.

Qualifications

• Previous admissions or marketing experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and increase census.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Nursing background preferred.
