• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two years of experience with a marketing automation CRM system; proven email marketing success.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
• CSS / HTML knowledge for mobile-optimized emails and web pages.
• Knowledge of email and SMS compliance and deliverability best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize segmented, automated Slate communications to support enrollment goals.
• Build targeted, dynamic outreach in Slate guiding stakeholders through admissions.
• Ensure timely delivery of emails to prospective students, families, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Slate team to maintain queries, populations, rules, content blocks, and logic.
• Write CSS/HTML to optimize emails for multiple devices.
• Monitor deliverability and performance metrics; advise on strategy to leadership.
• Troubleshoot issues with outgoing communications.
• Manage multiple campaigns across stages.
• Support events and forms communications in Slate.
• Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
• Ensure accessibility per WCAG and GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance.
