OSU-Stillwater, within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment, seeks a communications lead to manage digital campaigns and Slate CRM email programs, including segmentation, content development, HTML/CSS, usability testing and analytics.

The role also supervises communications specialists, guiding training and professional development, and contributes to marcom planning while partnering with campus stakeholders across the Division of Enrollment Management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations or related field (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
• Six months of experience in communications or marketing with digital and email campaigns, writing/editing, social media, video, website and content creation, plus project management and leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage Slate CRM email campaigns, including segmentation strategy, content development, HTML/CSS, usability testing and performance analytics.
• Supervise and coach a team of communications specialists, including ongoing training and professional development.
• Contribute to marcom strategic planning and stay current on industry trends related to digital communication and marketing, providing leadership on special initiatives.
