Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills required.
• Proficient computer literacy; Google office products a plus.
• Knowledge of chemical dependency and 12-step programs required.
• Previous experience in substance abuse treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcomes clients and explains intake process.
• Answers questions about treatment and maintains rapport with clients' families.
• Explain levels of care to clients and referral sources.
• Screens for exclusion criteria and liaises with medical staff.
• Documents intake information in Salesforce and Aura.
• Verifies benefits with insurance and records details.
• Alerts Clinical Managers about referrals needing follow-up.
• Maintain professionalism in stressful situations and adapt schedules.
• Follow procedures for client valuables and intake safety.
