Job summary

Bridgeway Community Health in Salem, Oregon is seeking an Admissions Specialist I to join our treatment team. You will perform client registrations, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate timely access to services.

The role requires a high school diploma, CADC I certification, and experience with SUD assessments. You will work closely with counselors, complete MOTS forms, and maintain confidentiality in all communications.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• CADC I certification and SUD assessment experience preferred.
• Two years of office experience; at least one year in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Register new clients and perform intake screening.
• Screen for eligibility for programs and conduct ASAM assessments.
• Assign clients to counselor caseloads and coordinate care.
• Complete MOTS forms and Medicaid payment authorizations.
• Assist Medicaid enrollment and data entry in client database.
• Communicate with referral sources, clients, and agencies; handle inquiries.
