Bridgeway Community Health is seeking an Admissions Specialist I to join our treatment team. The role focuses on client registration, screening, and facilitating timely access to services.

The position requires a high school diploma, CADC I, and experience with SUD assessments and DSM diagnostics. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and computer skills and be comfortable working in a behavioral health setting.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• CADC I certification and at least one year conducting SUD assessments with DSM knowledge.
• Typically two years of increasing responsibility in an office setting; at least one year in behavioral health.

Responsabilidades

• Process paperwork for new clients according to Bridgeway policies.
• Screen clients for eligibility for optional programs.
• Conduct ASAM assessments including DSM diagnoses and placement.
• Assign clients to primary counselor caseloads and maintain MOTS forms.
• Assist Medicaid enrollment and authorization processes.
• Enter client demographics, payer and program data into the system.
• Coordinate communication with referral sources, courts, clients and community contacts.
• Provide front desk backup and respond to inquiries from the public and clients.
