Bridgeway Community Health is hiring a Bilingual Substance Use Counselor for our Woodburn, Oregon outpatient office. You will provide client-centered, evidence-based counseling and group sessions, using motivational interviewing and DSM-5/ASAM assessments to guide treatment planning.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or higher in Human Services or related field.
• CADC I certification or higher with MHACBO.
• Bilingual candidate.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide client-centered care using evidence-based and trauma-informed services.
• Use motivational interviewing to establish therapeutic rapport and engage clients.
• Conduct ASAM/DSM-5 assessments and coordinate with other providers.
• Deliver individual counseling and facilitate groups.
• Document notes timely and accurately and maintain records.
• Monitor urinalysis testing as required.
• Prepare monthly status reports for caseload and share with care providers.
