ACI Learning, a leading provider of audit, cybersecurity, and IT training, seeks an Admissions Advisor in Colorado Springs to guide prospective students through the enrollment process and help them choose suitable programs. You will inform about admissions, timelines, and tuition options while maintaining high standards of integrity and service.

The role emphasizes client-focused advising, data entry in CRM, and collaboration with the admissions team to achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in admissions, sales, or a comparable consultative role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience enrolling or advising self-pay or consumer-financed students strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound web leads through Enrollment.
• Build and manage a pipeline to enroll students monthly.
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students and discuss programs and tuition options.
• Conduct admissions interviews to assess goals, readiness and fit with programs.
• Define success requirements to maintain on-time graduation and student success.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM.
