ACI Learning is hiring an Admissions Advisor in Dallas to guide prospective students through the admissions process for ACI Tech Academy. You will present program options, assist with tuition choices, and ensure candidates understand requirements and timelines.

You’ll manage high-volume inbound leads, conduct interviews, and maintain accurate CRM records to drive enrollment and improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of admissions, sales, or a comparable consultative role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience enrolling or advising self-pay or consumer-financed students strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide individuals expressing interest in ACI Tech Academy through admissions process.
• Provide information about programs, tuition options, and admissions requirements.
• Conduct admissions interviews and consultations with prospective self-pay students.
