Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs seeks an Admissions Advisor to guide prospective students through the admissions process, explain program options, and help them decide to enroll.

You will conduct interviews, communicate via phone and email, build rapport, coordinate with other departments, and ensure required documents are submitted.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with benefits including PTO, health savings accounts, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Post-secondary admissions experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective students through admissions per regulations and policies.
• Conduct telephone interviews and email to identify prospects and needs.
• Develop rapport with prospective students and maintain contact.
• Collaborate with departments outside Admissions to ensure high service quality.
• Ensure enrolled students submit required documents to begin coursework.
• Assist students through the orientation process.
• Operate within school behaviors: Execution, Communication/Feedback, Professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with University policies and procedures.
