This onsite role emphasizes inspiring consultations and supporting applicants through enrollment. You will conduct virtual consultations, perform daily follow-ups, assist with transcripts and financial aid, and ensure onboarding for labs.

A high school diploma is required; degree preferred. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales orientation and customer-focused mindset.
• Results-driven and organized with goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective students and present MyComputerCareer value.
• Perform daily follow-up calls to move prospects toward enrollment.
• Assist students with enrollment documents and transcripts.
• Guide students through financial aid and funding options.
• Ensure onboarding, interviews, and first-day lab attendance.
• Maintain at least 50 follow-up calls daily.
• Participate in student recruitment and retention efforts.
