Arizona College of Nursing seeks an Admissions Advisor for our Merrifield campus, located 100% on-site. This role supports prospective students through the admissions journey and may enroll and assist students nationally based on department needs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.
1–3 years in admissions, retail sales, marketing, or recruitment.
Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
Organized, professional, and warm with students.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a diverse community.

Responsibilities

Communicate with prospective students, parents, and community via appointment, phone, email, and materials.
Welcome prospects by processing paperwork, interviewing applicants, and coordinating campus tours.
Maintain recruiting operations by following policies; report needed changes.
Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
Develop professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Advise students and families on educational opportunities and admissions requirements.
Assist leads with enrollment follow-up and communications.
Support data reporting for institutional research and effectiveness.
Maintain accuracy of student database for local, state, and federal reporting.
