Job summary

Joyce University of Nursing and Health Sciences in Draper, Utah seeks an Admissions Advisor to guide prospective students from inquiry through enrollment. You’ll build authentic relationships, understand goals, and provide personalized guidance, with evening and weekend availability to reach working adults.

You’ll conduct campus tours and virtual appointments, manage admissions documentation, and collaborate with Financial Aid and Student Success to support the entire student journey.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 3–5 years in admissions, enrollment, or related role.
• Experience using CRM or student information systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for prospective students from inquiry through enrollment.
• Build authentic relationships by listening carefully to each student's goals and concerns.
• Provide personalized guidance to help students decide on their educational future.
• Educate students on Joyce University nursing programs, admissions requirements, and career opportunities.
• Conduct campus tours, virtual appointments, and admissions interviews.
• Communicate proactively via phone, text, email, and video to support students.
• Guide students through admissions requirements and enrollment documentation with accuracy.
• Maintain timely records within the CRM and collaborate with Financial Aid and Student Success.
