Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years’ experience or 6 years’ experience with an Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in processing payroll highly desirable.
• Previous experience processing contractor invoices and interpreting contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and resolve inquiries from Customer Service, Electric Service Support Center, electrical contractors, property owners and other utilities and agencies.
• Gather, review, analyze, prepare and process data for Work Management and various systems (Maximo, WMBS, C2, CACS, Fieldnet, ARCOS, Power Track, Workday, Workforce, Microsoft Office and PowerBI).
• Representatives will be proficient in most of the listed systems.
• Process multiple department payrolls and understand policies and union contracts to determine pay issues.
• Process contractor invoices and interpret pricing contracts.
• Handle sensitive customer account information.
• Ensure timely completion of budgetary records per company policies.
• Assist in training of new representatives.
• Support emergency restoration efforts for Eversource.
