Job summary

Eversource is seeking a detail‑oriented payroll and data analysis specialist to support multiple departments in Waterford, CT. You will work with systems like Maximo, WMBS, Workday and PowerBI to process data and payrolls while ensuring compliance with union contracts and company policies.

You will also assist with contractor invoices, budgeting tasks and training of new staff, contributing to reliable service restoration efforts and customer satisfaction across the organization.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or the equivalent with 8 years’ experience or 6 years with an Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in processing payroll highly desirable.
• Previous experience processing contractor invoices and interpreting contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and resolve inquiries from Customer Service and related teams.
• Gather, review, analyze, prepare and process data for systems including Maximo, WMBS, C2, CACS, Fieldnet, ARCOS, Power Track, Workday, Workforce, Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
• Process department payrolls and apply knowledge of policies and union contracts.
• Process contractor invoices and interpret pricing contracts.
• Handle sensitive customer account information.
• Complete budgetary records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in training of new and less experienced representatives as required.
• Support emergency restoration efforts as needed.
