Job Summary
This position provides administrative support for the Division of Academic Medical Education, coordinating faculty appointments, workflows, communications, and related processes across multiple College of Medicine campuses.
The role maintains accurate and organized faculty personnel records and supports appointment documentation, correspondence, and routine faculty affairs activities. It also coordinates voluntary faculty appointments, resignations, and changes in appointment status while ensuring timely completion of required documentation and records.
The position builds effective relationships with faculty, administrators, departments, and other University stakeholders to provide responsive service, facilitate processes, and support the operational needs of the Division.
