The University of Kentucky is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Department Chair. You will set up meetings, manage correspondence, and handle a range of administrative duties including promotions, merit processes for faculty and staff, and budget-related tasks.
This role requires proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and related office software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 on-site in Lexington, KY.
