Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Ocala is seeking an Administrative Supervisor to support hospital leadership, oversee documents, and coordinate communications. This full-time role involves organizing files, coordinating events, and ensuring efficient office operations close to home and heart.

The position offers growth within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, with benefits and opportunities to contribute to patient care and team success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of Medical Credentialing process preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Typing proficiency with speed and accuracy, 10-key preferred.
• Effective communication skills with personnel and community members.

Responsibilities

• Assist CEO and senior managers by compiling information and building reports.
• Generate letters, memorandums, and other communications.
• Coordinate activities surrounding events and meetings hosted at the hospital.
• Participate in Business Office processes to ensure SOX compliance.
• Work with the hospital credentialing function as needed.
