Job summary

Ocala Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff during weekend coverage. The role emphasizes maintaining high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and proactive issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with excellent communication and organizational skills, ready to oversee weekend operations and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or hospital settings preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift.
• Monitor resident care and conduct rounds to ensure quality and compliance.
• Address clinical, staffing, and operational concerns in real time.
• Assist with admissions, care coordination, and clinical oversight.
• Provide guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Serve as the primary clinical leader during weekend operations.
