Job summary

Orlando Health Advanced Rehabilitation Institute seeks an Administrative Supervisor to oversee timely patient flow and off-shift operations in a 54-bed inpatient rehab setting. The role emphasizes safe, high-quality care within a CARF-accredited program at the Orlando Health Advanced Rehabilitation Institute in Ocoee, FL.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, collaboration, and leadership across disciplines to ensure patient-centered outcomes and efficient daily operations; a BSN and Florida

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current professional license as a registered nurse in the State of Florida. National Certification in specialty area within 2 years.
• Maintains current BLS; ACLS, PALS, NALS, or TNCC as required by specialty area.
• Two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse in the acute care setting.
