The Administrative Specialist III provides direct administrative support to the Chief of Tolls and Toll Plaza Managers to ensure efficient operation of the office and toll plazas. Responsibilities include reviewing and editing all correspondence, handling confidential matters, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, creating and maintaining documents, organizational charts, personnel changes, managing employee badge system, assisting with vendor invoices, ordering supplies, and performing light timekeeping duties.
