Salary Recruitment Range: $37,782 - $42,000
Salary Grade: NC08
This position qualifies for a hybrid telework option, combining routine office and remote workdays. Telework is subject to management discretion.
To promote a stable insurance market through unbiased regulation and to protect citizens' lives and property across all 100 counties, while providing superior, user-friendly service with courtesy and respect.
Handle incoming calls at the ASD Call Center regarding licensing, financial/continuing education, Public Records Requests, and complaints. Distribute calls or answer questions directly. Assist in processing license applications and support the Licensing Manager with licensing issues. Also, assist with special projects and other duties as needed.
This position requires working at least 4 days per week in the office.

High school diploma or GED plus two years of related administrative experience, or equivalent combination.
