Kelly Services is hiring a Receptionist Administrative / Customer Service Representative for a full-time direct-hire opportunity in Franklin Park, IL. This onsite role welcomes visitors, answers phones, handles inquiries, supports inside sales, and coordinates parts shipping.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in receptionist or customer service, strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint included), and a high school diploma (an associate degree is a plus). Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Spanish/English bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing calls and inquiries.
  • Respond to general emails, correspondence, customer questions, and requests.
  • Provide customer service support for replacement parts, product questions, complaints, and general inquiries.
  • Support the inside sales team with administrative and customer service needs.
  • Prepare and mail replacement parts and create UPS shipping labels.
  • Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate lunches and company events.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and meeting coordination for senior leadership.
  • Maintain office supplies, postage, mail, packages, and other general office needs.
  • Manage employee ID badges and assist with employment application distribution.
  • Complete data entry and basic reporting related to daily production.
  • Perform filing, invoice audits, research, and other administrative duties.
  • Maintain confidentiality and a professional relationship with employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
