We are seeking a Customer Support Representative I to coordinate daily transportation, yard, and dock operations. This role manages trailer tracking, delivery appointments, and real-time yard visibility using the ATL PINC Yard Management System. The representative will work closely with carriers, drivers, dispatchers, and onsite Data Center dock teams to resolve delivery delays, missed appointments, cancellations, and other logistics exceptions.
