The Administrative Project Coordinator will support the Secretarial & Business Support department in managing a variety of tasks and projects. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset, seeking to build their career in a legal setting.

Description
  • Coordinate and manage administrative projects to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Provide support to the Secretarial & Business Support department for day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance department efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Profile

A successful Administrative Project Coordinator should have:
