Responsibilities

  • Coordinate fundraising, donor relations, and stewardship initiatives.
  • Manage donor events from planning through execution.
  • Process donor agreements and maintain accurate records.
  • Audit donor data and administrative processes for compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding activities, purchasing, and office operations.
  • Track project timelines, action items, and deliverables.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency across operations.

Now hiring for an Administrative Project Coordinator

Location: Dayton, OH

Pay Rate: $24.03 per hour

Shift: 8:30 A.M - 5:00 P.M Monday-Friday, some weekends

Do you enjoy managing projects, coordinating executive-level initiatives, and building strong relationships? We're seeking a Coordinator, Advancement Operations & Donor Relations to support strategic fundraising efforts and help strengthen relationships with donors and community partners.

In this role, you'll work closely with executive leadership while coordinating high-impact projects, donor engagement initiatives, special events, and the day-to-day operations that help drive the organization's mission forward.

Education Requirements
