Job summary

JM Test Systems, LLC is seeking an Administrative Operations Specialist to keep equipment moving through our calibration lab and to keep customers informed at every step. You will support our calibration and electrical safety labs, coordinate with technicians, prepare service quotes, and ensure paperwork is complete for timely invoicing.

Reporting to the Administrative Manager, you will manage PPE rotation, support accounts receivable, and build reports and dashboards to help leadership assess

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of administrative, workflow coordination, or customer service experience in a technical or operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Route service requests and equipment to lab personnel and confirm need-by dates with technicians.
• Maintain high-priority equipment HOT LIST and flag delays to management.
• Respond to status calls and inquiries, provide updates on delays, estimates, and timelines.
