In the role of Administrative Manager, we'll count on you to:



  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and handling information requests

  • Coordinate, develop and administer office administrative policies and procedures

  • Take responsibility for office administrative operations

  • Supervise administrative support personnel

  • Assist the leadership with personnel administration, executive administrative support, and preparation of operating plans and other special reports

  • Coordinate execution of electronic signatory procedures for contracts, proposals, and business forms

  • Maintain a record of assigned workstations in the office and coordinate with internal I.T. team when staff relocate to new workstations

  • Manage communications, including SharePoint site, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings

  • Coordinate and manage employee engagement committees (TSO), internal awards committee and events, monthly employee recognition meetings, internal staff events (summer & winter), meeting facilities and arrangements

  • Assist with travel needs

  • Answer questions relating to company policies and procedures

  • Answer and direct phone calls, read and route incoming mail, schedule appointments/calendaring, process expense reports, and support other administrative functions

  • Work on special projects for the Operations Leadership Team, as well as other managers

  • Oversee reception desk coverage and ensure back-up for other administrative team members as needed

  • Participate in monthly meetings with area leadership

  • Perform other duties as needed





Preferred Qualifications



  • Associates degree

  • Previous professional experience in the Engineering, Architecture, or Construction industry as an office administrator/manager

  • Comfortable handling confidential information

  • Experience developing internal processes and electronic filing systems
