About The Job
Supports department leaders in managing a 24-hour patient care service, ensuring optimal patient care, coordinating operations, and fostering a safe environment. Acts as a resource for hospital departments, solving complex problems related to staffing and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
Licensure: RN license in Indiana.
Experience: Minimum 2 years hospital clinical nursing; management experience preferred. Leadership qualities include accountability, change management, coaching, integrity, diversity, patient focus, and teamwork.
Other Requirements
Support and supervise departments, assist with direct patient care, communicate effectively, and be flexible with hours based on organizational needs.
