STGi in Rockville, MD is seeking a Case Review Specialist/Medical Assistant to support the Federal Occupational Health contract onsite with a hybrid telework option after probation. The role focuses on coordinating exam review, scheduling, and secure data transmission to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

Formación

• Experience supporting FOH operations or case review processes.
• Excellent data entry and billing accuracy.
• Strong communication with internal and external customers.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure exam scheduling requests are submitted timely and tracked.
• Retrieve exams from FOH clinics and the FOH Private Provider Network clinics.
• Enter tickets for services performed at FOH PPN clinics.
• Process exams including QA, track missing components, and forward to the RMO.
• Track exams and ensure timely processing; enter data on timesheets.
• Ensure exams are transmitted securely and billing is accurate.
