The Behavioral Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is seeking an Administrative Fulfillment Representative to support certification services and department leadership. The role emphasizes accurate processing of mail, data, and payments, with a focus on timely, professional interactions with applicants and vendors.

In-office position requiring reliable performance, attention to detail, and collaboration with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality administrative support.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative work experience.
• Typing at least 40 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and process mail daily.
• Prepare and review applicable data and reports.
• Maintain and review Excel records and provide integrity checks.
• Process documents, payments, and requests with high accuracy.
• Maintain documentation of interactions and processing.
• Provide accurate information to applicants and external vendors.
• Assist in general office tasks and assigned projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
