Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and process mail daily.
  • Prepare and review applicable data and reports.
  • Maintain and review Excel records and provide integrity checks.
  • Process documents, payments, and requests with high accuracy.
  • Maintain documentation of interactions and processing.
  • Provide accurate information to applicants and external vendors.
  • Assist in general office tasks and assigned projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Behavior Analyst Certification Board®, Inc. (BACB®) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation established in 1998 to provide professional credentialing services for practitioners of behavior analysis services. Compensation

The BACB uses compensation data for the metro Denver labor market to ensure our positions provide a competitive wage based on the education and experience requirements.

The base hourly rate for this position is: $23.50

Position Summary

The Administrative Fulfillment Representative is primarily responsible for fulfilling ancillary tasks relating to certification services and department leadership in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Maintain and review excel records and provide integrity checks of records.
  • Processes documents, payments, and requests submitted in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintains accurate documentation of interactions and processing.
  • Provides accurate, valid, and complete information to applicants and external vendors in a professional and pleasant manner.
  • Assists in completing general office tasks and assigned projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

High school or equivalent education. Minimum of 1 year of administrative work experience. Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute with 95% accuracy. Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Employment Authorization

Candidates must have the ability to work unrestricted in the U.S. The BACB does not offer visa sponsorship of any kind. Successful completion of a background check is required after the offer of employment. The BACB uses the E-Verify system during the hiring process to confirm employment eligibility to work in the United States.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video conferencing.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to read, listen and speak. This is largely a sedentary role; however, the ability to lift and carry a laptop, lift files, open filing cabinets, frequently type, bend and reach as necessary is essential to the position.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a regular full-time IN OFFICE position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening, holidays, and weekend work may be required based on operations.

Campus Wellness

The BACB is a tobacco and vape free campus. Consumption of tobacco products or vaping of any kind is prohibited.

Travel

Minimal travel is expected for this position.
