Job summary

The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in Littleton, CO, is seeking an Audit Review Specialist to manage the life cycle of complex audits and ensure adherence to BACB standards. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, compliance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in auditing, compliance, accreditation, quality assurance, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft suite with advanced capabilities in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of complex, specialized cases, issue audit determinations based on BACB standards/requirements, and submit notices of alleged violations (NAVs) as appropriate.
• Present audit determination recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and maintain audit processes and procedures that overlap with other departments. Identify issues, explore alternatives, and implement solutions to enhance and streamline audit case processing and team efficiency.
• Assist team members with audit case reviews and appropriate determinations.
• Develop, organize, and maintain comprehensive audit outcome documentation, including audit data, tracking mechanisms, electronic files, and folder repositories to ensure accurate recordkeeping and audit traceability.
• Create, update, and distribute reports.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Compensation: The BACB uses compensation data for the metro Denver labor market to ensure our positions provide a competitive wage. The salary for this position may vary and may be above or below the posted salary based on an individuals experience and/or education. The salary listed is just one component of the BACB's total compensation package for employees which includes a generous benefits package.

The annual salary for this position is: $69,450

Experience and Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, compliance, or a related field. At least 3 years of professional experience in auditing, compliance, accreditation, quality assurance, or a related discipline. Experience reviewing audit findings, case files, reports, or assessments for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards is required. Proficient in using the Microsoft suite with advanced capabilities in excel.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video conferencing.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to listen and speak. This is largely a sedentary role; however, the ability to lift and carry a laptop, lift files, open filing cabinets, frequently type, bend and reach as necessary is essential to the position.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a regular full-time IN OFFICE position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening, holidays, and weekend work may be required based on operations.

Minimal travel is expected for this position.
